How long does the application take to be approved?

What are the Net 30 day payment terms?
Net 30 day payment terms mean you can place orders and pay the full invoice amount within 30 days of the invoice date. You will receive a consolidated monthly tax invoice covering all orders placed during that period — making bookkeeping simple and straightforward.
Is there a minimum order requirement for trade accounts?
No — there is no minimum order requirement for Safehaus PPE trade accounts. Order exactly what your site needs, when you need it. Whether it's a single box of gloves or a full site supply order we process every order with the same priority and same day dispatch.
What credit limits are available?
Credit limits are assessed individually based on your business size, trading history and estimated monthly spend. Available credit limits range from $500 to $10,000 and above for established businesses. Credit limits can be reviewed and increased over time as your account history develops.
Do I need an ABN to apply?
Yes — a valid Australian Business Number is required to apply for a Safehaus PPE trade account. Trade accounts are available to registered Australian businesses only. Sole traders with a valid ABN are welcome to apply.
Can I still order online with my trade account?
Yes — trade account holders can order online through safehausppe.com.au at any time. Your trade pricing will be applied automatically at checkout. You can also place orders via email or phone through your dedicated account manager.
What payment methods are accepted for trade accounts?
Trade account holders can pay via EFT bank transfer, credit card or cheque. EFT bank transfer is the preferred method. Our bank details appear on every tax invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
How do I contact my account manager?
Once your trade account is approved you will be assigned a dedicated account manager at Safehaus PPE. Your account manager's direct email and phone number will be included in your welcome email. You can also reach the team at info@safehausppe.com.au or through our contact page at any time.
