2.1 All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
2.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
2.3 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation a full refund will be issued.
2.4 Safehaus is not responsible for pricing errors on the website. If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
3.1 Payment is required in full at the time of order unless you hold an approved Safehaus trade account with NET30 terms.
3.2 We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
3.3 Trade account holders may be invoiced with NET30 payment terms subject to credit approval. Late payment may result in suspension of trade account privileges.
4.1 We deliver Australia-wide to all states and territories.
4.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Safehaus is not liable for delays caused by third party couriers, weather events or circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch of the order.
4.4 Free shipping applies to orders over $500. Shipping costs for orders under $500 are calculated at checkout.
5.1 We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However we do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, reliable or error-free.
5.2 All PPE products are described as meeting relevant Australian and New Zealand safety standards at the time of listing. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure products are suitable for their intended use and comply with applicable workplace health and safety legislation.
5.3 Safehaus is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from the improper use of products purchased from our store.
6.1 All content on the Safehaus website including text, images, logos and design is the property of Safehaus and is protected by Australian copyright law.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from our website without prior written permission from Safehaus.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Safehaus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products.
7.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product or order shall not exceed the purchase price of that product or order.
8.1 We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is available on our website.
8.2 By placing an order you consent to us using your personal information to process and deliver your order and to communicate with you about your order.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
Safehaus reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
