SAFEHAUS — SHIPPING POLICY

At Safehaus we understand that getting your PPE and safety supplies to site on time is critical. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery across Australia.


DISPATCH TIMES

We offer same day dispatch on all orders placed before 2PM Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier used. As a general guide:

— Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane — 1 to 2 business days — Adelaide, Perth, Canberra — 2 to 4 business days — Regional and rural areas — 3 to 7 business days — Remote areas — 5 to 10 business days

Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Safehaus is not liable for delays caused by third party couriers, weather events or circumstances beyond our control.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order.

FREE SHIPPING — Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping Australia-wide. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total exceeds $500.

STANDARD SHIPPING — Orders under $500 are charged a flat rate or calculated rate depending on your location and order size.

BULKY OR OVERSIZED ORDERS — For large orders such as multiple rolls of poly sheeting or large quantity pallet orders, we will contact you with the most competitive freight option available before processing your order.


DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver to all states and territories across Australia including:

— New South Wales (NSW) — Victoria (VIC) — Queensland (QLD) — Western Australia (WA) — South Australia (SA) — Tasmania (TAS) — Australian Capital Territory (ACT) — Northern Territory (NT)

We also deliver to PO Boxes and parcel lockers for smaller items. Large or bulky items may require a physical address.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery directly on the courier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order please check your spam folder or contact us at info@safehausppe.com.au.


MISSED DELIVERIES

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Safehaus PPE is not responsible for additional charges incurred due to missed deliveries or incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.


DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@safehausppe.com.au with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


TRADE ACCOUNT DELIVERIES

Trade account holders can arrange regular scheduled deliveries and consolidated invoicing for multiple orders. Contact us at info@safehausppe.com.au to discuss your delivery requirements.
