At Safehaus, we are committed to supplying quality PPE and safety products to trade professionals across Australia. We want you to be completely satisfied with every order. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. As a trade supplier of PPE and safety consumables, all sales are final once an order has been dispatched. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@safehausppe.com.au with the following information:
— A description of the fault or damage
— Photographs of the faulty or damaged product
Once we assess your claim we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
— A replacement product dispatched at no additional cost
— A store credit to the value of the faulty item
— A full refund to your original payment method
If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@safehausppe.com.au. We will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched and organise return of the incorrect item at our cost.
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
— Opened or used PPE products including masks, gloves and coveralls
— Products that have been used on site
— Products that have been damaged after delivery
— Products purchased on clearance or at a discounted rate
Where a return is approved by Safehaus, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Items must be returned in their original unopened packaging. Returns sent without prior approval from Safehaus will not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
